Lesson 1 - The DISC Model
Effective Communication greatly improves the Trainer/Coach-Client Relationship. Through the DISC Model of Personality we review how you can use your obervations skills to determine which of the four quadrants your Client may fall - and adjust your communcation approach to improve your relationships flow, allowing for more clarity on your Client's path to success - and your success as a Trainer/Coach.
Lesson 2 - Applying the DISC Model
In this section we dig deeper into the benefits of using the DISC Model with two Role Plays to present ways to adjust your communiation approach depending on the DISC quadrants your client falls.

This link will provide you with more information on the DISC Model as well as a complimentary test. This test is only 12 questions so gives you an estimate of your personality profile. A full assessment with a small cost involved is also available and the information can help you become a better and more effective communicator. Remember, your client’s do not have to take this test – but understanding the different components that go into different personalities gives you the power to identify the best way to approach your conversations and communications with your clients.
