Module 3 – Beginning Homework
Welcome back! Are you ready to move on to the next lesson?
AT THIS POINT, YOU SHOULD…
By now, you should feel fairly comfortable with hold the ball and chi walking. You should also be able to do pushing chi, brush knee and understand the ward off sequence. Even if it doesn’t look really smooth yet.
WHAT YOU WILL NOW LEARN:
You will repeat hold the ball and chi walking and will learn:
- Single whip
- Wave hands like clouds
- Snake creeps, pheasant stands
ACTION PLAN:
These moves are difficult. Don’t get frustrated! Take time to practice each move individually and start to feel how they move together. You should still practice at least 15 minutes a day. Every other day, try to include the moves from lesson #1.

UP NEXT:
You will continue to add new moves to your repertoire next week. Remember to relax as you practice. The more you allow frustration to take hold, the slower your learning will actually occur.
